For Major Infrastructure and Paving Projects

The Construction Division has completed many of the area's major construction infrastructure and paving projects:

  Paved the Colorado Springs Airport’s 11,000-foot runway 17R-35L.

  Built Powers Blvd. from Fountain to the Colorado Springs Airport.

  Performed site development work for the Air Force’s Consolidated Space Operation Center, now Schriever Air Force Base.

  Completed paving projects for the Army Corp. of Engineers at multiple locations within Fort Carson.

  Paved the Visitors Center and the new Security Access Areas at Schriever Air Force Base.

  Paved Peterson Air Force Base’s USAF Space Command Facility.

  Paved the original parking lots and parking lot expansions at both the Citadel and Chapel Hills malls.

  Performed road reconstruction for the Broadmoor Hotel’s recent renovation.
